1984 Highlights
- Senator Jennifer Yu was elected as JCI Vice President.
- Senator Andrew Wong was elected as APDC Councilor.
- Senator Sonny Yu was appointed as Special Assistant to JCI President for Development in Asia, and was awarded Presidential Award of Excellence - “Outstanding Presidential Appointee” during the JCI Montreal World Congress.
- Queensway Jaycees, an English speaking chapter, was formed and affiliated as the 14th Chapter.
- Macau Jaycees, the first Jaycee Chapter in Macau, was formed and affiliated as the 15th Chapter.
- Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce won two LOM Awards at the JCI Kuala Lumpur Conference.
- Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce won one LOM Award at the JCI Montreal World Congress.
- Miss Doreen Leung Dor-Ling, a 1982 TOYP Awardee of Hong Kong, was selected as a TOYP of the World Honoree during the JCI Montreal World Congress.
