- Senator Connia Chu Lo was elected as the Director of the Asia Pacific Senate Board at the JCI Cebu Conference.
- Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce submitted a bid for hosting the 1993 JCI World Congress in Hong Kong and has successfully won the bid in the JCI Helsinki Congress.
- Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce initiated to organize the “One Plus One, Support Election 91” Campaign in response to the first Direct Election to the Legislative Council in Hong Kong.
